About the Job
Large Law firm in downtown San Diego is seeking a Paralegal to join their group.
Some of the duties are:
- Court E-Filing: Handle electronic filings (e-filings) in California state and federal courts using systems like OneLegal or Nationwide.
- Client Communication: Serve as a professional first point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Administrative Support: Assist with legal billing entry, processing vendor invoices, and sorting daily mail.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience working as a Paralegal in a law firm setting.
- Discretion: Strict commitment to upholding client confidentiality and data security protocols at all times.
